Soft milk bread with garlic-parsley butter and cheddar filling.

Knead flour, salt, milk, dry yeast, sugar, and butter until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Mix butter, garlic, olive oil, and chopped parsley, then spread evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the surface, then shape into a loaf and place in a baking tray or loaf tin.
Bake until deeply golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
