Juicy honey-marinated chicken pan-seared until caramelised and sticky, wrapped in a warm homemade tortilla with sliced red onion, fresh lettuce, and shredded cheese.

Mix honey, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a marinade. Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Pan-sear over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelised and sticky on the outside. Slice.
Warm tortillas.
Layer with sliced chicken, red onion, fresh lettuce, and shredded cheese.
Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
