Soft enriched bread rolls filled with Nutella. Shape into individual rolls, proof, and bake until golden.

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and eggs, then knead until combined. Add soft butter gradually and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled.
Divide dough into equal pieces. Flatten each piece into an oval, add a spoon of Nutella in the center, seal tightly, and shape into smooth rolls.
Place rolls on a tray with space between them. Cover and proof again until puffy. Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 180 C for 18 to 22 minutes until deep golden. Cool slightly before serving so the filling sets a bit.
