Ingredients

Cheese filling:

  • 200 g cottage cheese (twarog style)
  • 100 g flour (measured)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk

Pancakes:

  • 2 egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks

Directions

Cheese filling:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, measured flour, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and milk into a smooth batter.

Pancakes:

  1. In a separate bowl whip egg whites to stable stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the batter at the end to keep it airy.

  2. Cook portions in a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat until golden on both sides and cooked through.
