Pork loin cooked with mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, cream, and Knorr Fix Schab a la Stroganoff for a fast creamy skillet dinner. Serve over rice—or with warm homemade bread to mop up the sauce.

Brown the pork strips in a hot pan, then add onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper and cook until softened.
Stir in the Knorr Fix Schab a la Stroganoff and follow the packet method, then finish with the cream to make the sauce smooth and rich. Simmer briefly until everything is coated and cooked through. Serve hot over rice, or offer homemade bread.
